GROW! AWARDS at the COMPUTER HISTORY MUSEUM / Mountain View, CA
An elite executive audience of more than 300 corporate CEOs, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs attended 2013’s annual GROW! Awards, hosted by the Silicon Valley Association for Corporate Growth. The evening was scripted and produced by Geoff Puckett, and featured his live onstage interaction with the dinner chef via specially presented 3D stereoscopic media.
After a rogue spotlight “melted” a hole through the concrete theater wall, Geoff conversed through the new opening with 3D chef Robbie Lewis in the prep kitchen. Then, to the amazement of the audience, Robbie levitated an orange which floated out from the stage over everyone. With the scent of dinner permeating the theater, the dimensional illusion became the most talked about moment of the evening.
This application of GPG’s ‘Theatra3D’ presentation technology expanded everyone’s experience in the Valley known around the world for innovation. Other memorable show moments enabled live interaction of custom 3D media with live stage action, including an executive carrying a banker’s box onstage from which floated a string of sponsor logos.
The GPG Theatra3D technique turns stage lectures, learning seminars, and product launches into highly memorable experiences.
